1. How will this scale?

I like to consider the SaaS company’s support and help services. When you use a new product, you might need to reach out to the support team to understand the product better. Solutions for your business are better utilized when they bring significant relief to the company. Stay scrappy until operational ability is hindered by the limit of being human. The one question I ask myself is, “What is my ultimate goal for having software?” I think about whether it’s generating SEO content, analytics, user-friendliness or marketing.
