FITNESS INFLUENCERS VS. US ARMY (Army Combat Fitness Test)
We were invited to compete versus the United States military and also see which group can rack up higher on the Army Combat Fitness Test. The test has 6 events and difficulties every area of athleticism a soldier can have. Strength, dexterity, cardiovascular capacity, power, etc. The initial event is the standing deadlift, 2nd are power tosses, third is the hand release push-up, fourth is the sprint drag as well as carry, 5th are leg tucks, and ultimately the 2 mile run is the last occasion.
