Learn how, after being laid off in March of 2020, I had the ability to generate a six number Diversity, Equity, and also Inclusion (DEI) speaking with & coaching service in simply six months. For the previous year approximately, I’ve been constructing my very own service, specializing in DEI and also job mentoring for professionals of color. My clients originate from a range of sectors (e.g. food, tech & drink, charitable, art, style, recruiting, etc) as well as business dimensions and also structures.
As a Black female operating in DEI, and also as an individual that has been helping bridge cultural divides considering that childhood, I have a truly unique perspective to provide. My hope is that this network assists influence others who want beginning a consulting organization, to quit overthinking and simply introduce the point!
